Manish.The meaning of manish seems to be very easy but it does't. Manish is the yog of two words mann and Ish,it means the lord of mann. Mann can be defined as spritual power of one's mind.One who become the lord of mann can divert, can monitor, can do anything with the ideas created in the one's mind.I want to say that one who become the Lord of mann become the Lord of the Universe,who lives in every mind in micros. The whole emphasis of 8 step of yoga is used to convert a man into manish. Mann is the negative phenomenon and no mann is the positive phenomenon but mann appears to be very positive but it doesn't true because mann can create ideas, ideas and a series of ideas which indulge a person to think more but where thinking stops, ideas disappear and the situation where no ideas are running in mann, mann disappears and the person will enlightened with no mann status that help one's to become the Lord of oneself, the Lord of inner Universe and the Lord of mann, that's Manish
